Sojourner is an associate professor at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. His research focuses on (1) effects of labor-market institutions, (2) early childhood and K-12 education systems to promote efficient, equitable development of human capital, and (3) behavioral economics in consumer financial decisions.
